
A Ride With Purpose.
The Tree City Rolling Tour & Century is an annual cycling event hosted by the Decatur County Family YMCA, welcoming riders of all ages and experience levels to enjoy the scenic backroads of Decatur County. This non-competitive ride offers a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere with route options designed for a variety of skill levels, from casual riders to seasoned cyclists. Proceeds from the event benefit the YMCA’s Annual Campaign, helping us continue to strengthen individuals, families, and the community as a whole.
Scenic Routes
Ride along the scenic backroads of Decatur County, featuring a mix of flat stretches, rolling hills, and more challenging climbs.
Options for Every Rider
With multiple route distances available, participants can choose the experience that best fits their comfort level, goals, and riding style.
Relaxed Experience
This non-competitive event welcomes riders of all ages and experience levels, creating a fun and encouraging atmosphere throughout the day.
Food & Music
Lunch will be served throughout the day beginning at 11:00 AM, and The Hippie Fingers Band will perform live music from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM.

Expect mostly flat terrain with a few gentle hills - just enough to keep things interesting without being overwhelming. This is a great option for families, casual riders, or anyone wanting to enjoy the ride at an easy pace.

Registration & Pricing
The Tree City Rolling Tour welcomes riders of all ages and experience levels, making it a great fit for both first-time participants and seasoned cyclists. Riders under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. With multiple route options available, participants can choose the distance that best fits their comfort level, goals, and riding experience.

Support & Gear
Every Tree City Rolling Tour route includes SAG (Support and Gear) assistance to keep riders safe, supported, and on course throughout the event. Along the route, riders can expect multiple SAG stops with refreshments, snacks, hydration, restroom access at some locations, and on-route safety support teams.

SAG Stop Closing Times
Please note that SAG stops will close at scheduled times, so riders should plan accordingly:
• Kingston Church - 2:30 PM
• Lake Santee - 12:30 PM
• Hamburg - 1:00 PM
• Enochsburg Hall - 1:30 PM
• Historic Courthouse Square - 5:00 PM
• Gaynorsville - 4:00 PM
• Westport Fire Station - 3:30 PM

Bike Safety
Bicycle helmets are required for all riders. Please obey all Indiana traffic laws, bring a cell phone, and take a photo of your route map before you begin. Routes can also be downloaded through Strava or Ride With GPS. Riders are encouraged to save the SAG contact number in their phone in case of an emergency.

Route Markings
Routes are marked using Dan Henry’s, a circle with a line pointing in the direction of travel. Each route’s markings will match the color of that route’s corresponding wristband. All in-town Dan Henry’s will be painted white.

To help support our local merchants, we ask that NO parking takes place on the square. Parking is available at:

• Porter-Oliger-Pearson Funeral Home, 302 N. Franklin S
• South Lot behind Stories Restaurant.
