Women on Weights (W.O.W.)
A small-group strength training program for women focused on building confidence, technique, and empowerment in the weight room.
Women on Weights (W.O.W.) is designed to help women of all fitness levels learn proper strength training techniques in a comfortable, encouraging setting. Certified trainers teach safe and effective exercises using free weights, resistance machines, and bodyweight training.
Participants gain confidence, strength, and camaraderie as they work together toward their fitness goals. This program builds both physical strength and self-assurance, empowering women to feel comfortable and capable in the fitness center.
