Group Exercise Classes give members access to a wide range of instructor-led workouts, from intense training to yoga, strength, and dance cardio.
Group Exercise at the YMCA makes movement social, fun, and consistent. Members can choose from high energy formats like BODYPUMP, HIIT ME UP, Power Cycle, Power Hour, and Power Core and Cardio, or focus on strength and stability through TRX and Kettlebell Circuit, Core Express, and Small Group Personal Training. For those who want flexibility, joint-friendly movement, and stress relief, the YMCA also offers Chair Yoga, Gentle Yoga, and Multi-Style Yoga. Music-driven classes like Zumba add a fun cardio option.
Classes are led by trained instructors who are committed to safety, encouragement, and proper technique. All ability levels are welcome, and modifications are offered so that members can participate with confidence.
