Aqua Fitness Programs at the YMCA combine the resistance of water with energizing movement for a full-body, low-impact workout. These classes are perfect for all fitness levels and help participants improve balance, endurance, and mobility while protecting joints.
Offerings include Aqua Power Hour, Aqua Fit & Fun, Water Moves, and Aqua Challenge. Instructors guide participants through exercises that build strength and flexibility in a refreshing, supportive setting.
