60 in 6 challenges members to complete sixty workouts in six weeks with support, accountability, and motivation from YMCA staff.
60 in 6 is a consistency challenge, not a competition. Members aim to complete sixty workouts in six weeks, building routine, discipline, and ownership of personal wellness. The challenge is flexible, so participants can mix cardio, strength training, stretching, and classes based on their needs and ability level.
Along the way, YMCA staff offer encouragement and check-ins, helping participants stay on track and recognize progress. Many people use this challenge to build long-term fitness habits that last well beyond the six-week mark.
