LIVESTRONG at the YMCA

LIVESTRONG at the YMCA is designed specifically for adult cancer survivors who are ready to continue healing and regain strength. Led by trained wellness staff, participants take part in safe, guided exercises that focus on mobility, balance, flexibility, and overall fitness. The pace is personal and respectful of each person’s needs.

Just as important as the physical training is the emotional support. Participants connect with others who understand what they have walked through, and they are encouraged every step of the way. The program promotes healing of body, mind, and spirit.

Registrations can be done online or in person. Please either call the Decatur County Family YMCA or Shelby County Family YMCA for more information.
